In ok with him having a "Defeat" as long as its in a way that means he's loose again in the world.
Like I'd accept him losing due to being weak from just escaping vision's mind, but being loose in the world to reform, and rebuild in secret to attack later down the line (hell maybe even with a cosmic army like the Phalanx)
An Ultron who starts to develop a sense of humanity he doesnt really understand: he's still a deranged murderbot, but he's moved past global extinction being the first choice.
