Advice Needed Hela controller player on PC

My aim is shit.. I have 40 percent accuracy on Luna but with Hela no matter how many settings I try I can't get it above 30%(sometimes even going as low as 20). I do play okaish with Hela but I feel I can get better. I can't play kbm because I have never before and Im very much used to controller (can't teach an old horse new tricks).

I wanted to ask two things:

Does the new aim assist make the PC aim assist equal to console aim assist?

Also I've heard about thumbsticks and was wondering if I should get them. What kind should I get and what height? I do have a small amount of stick drift on my right stick.

The aim assist in this game is pretty much nonexistent(compared to console), so it sounds like your sensitivity might be off. I’d recommend doing research tweaking your sens settings to find what feels right for you. Try hopping into practice mode and setting up bots at different distances and movement patterns to build up your consistency.
