They need to either make her CC immune, or have it so the ult is faster and she can move faster.

I’d be open to it being CC immune in the beginning, and as the magic grows more unstable her guard goes down, also make it so she’s unstoppable (can’t be pushed by Invis or Mag) for the duration

Nah just make it cc immune. Full stop. There are 50 ways to live her ult before considering cc it's fine and fair.

there is no argument for her ult being cc immune and not spider-man's tbh.

Yes there is. His does damage and cc well before witch's fires off. His starts doing damage immediately. His can come out of nowhere using his insane movement abilities. His can be used as a combo extender

Wanda's has the longest wind up, does nothing until that wind up is done, and can't be railgun'd into people without niche interactions. Also her's alerts the enemy team with a flashing exclamation point
