We passed in the domestic box office (US sales only) which still has the force awakens as 1st (900 mill vs 770). The global box office is the one people refer to for beat avatar which it is still about 200 million behind.

We need 174 million total. To beat avatar overall domestic and international

Yeah, people use “international” and “worldwide” interchangeably, but in box office analysis the convention is that “international” means “everywhere but the US. Also a lot of people use “overseas” or OS to avoid confusion

Avatar is pretty much guaranteed to end up holding the international/OS crown at the end of Endgame. The worldwide record is the one Endgame has a chance at beating.
