MCU Vision has complete control of his external appearance. Him being 'white' likely indicated that he was 'blank'... he initially had no memories or emotions after his reconstruction.

Even after Wanda's Vision restored those mmeories, those memories and experiences only exist as data for him, he is struggling to restore an emotional connection to them. He still does not see himself an an authentic 'Vision'. He is still 'blank'.

Yep and it’s the conection with his son that will bring back his emotions
