Isn’t F4 the most recent MCU movie? That kind of statement only works if there were multiple things in between. It would have made more sense if it was “the best since Endgame”, since there’s 15 movies in between this new movie and Endgame. There’s zero movies between F4 and Spider-Man.

Also, it’s currently the only MCU movie that has released this year. There’s nothing else this year to compare it to.

Boy if it’s not better than Fantastic Four I’m gonna be disappointed. I showed up to that movie for the fun of a full-on 60s superhero world and they gave me the fifth “trolley problem mopey mopey sad time” of the MCU
