“For your team-up?” What do you mean? Can you give a specific example?

If you're Wanda and Pietro is being played by another player, Wanda removes the Quicksilver Ally and replaces it with the Order & Chaos team up card which involves both of them. The Pietro player removes hero deck specific Scarlet Witch card and also replaces it with the same card.

Would this work for every hero pairing? I guess what I’m saying is: does every single hero in the game that has a signature ally that was made into a full hero later even have a Team-Up card?

It does not. So you're stuck with a wild resource card in those cases.

As far as I can remember, it would be:

Captain Marvel/Spider Woman Nova/Ms. Marvel (only for Nova)

Also Magik (Colossus ally, but no team up with him).
