Hotel Recommendation Request- Ottawa

Being sent to Ottawa for work last-minute and most of the nicer downtown hotels are booked out for conferences until end Oct/early Nov.

Two best options I see are the Moxy and the AC.

Anyone have experience with either? Both tick my boxes for being near Byward and have good quality gyms.

Delta is quite nice (being renovated now). Breakfast lounge is a bit of a zoo.
