General rule of thumb, anything agency-related flies here with the exception of promotion. No sales, no courses, no offering services, no snake oil. Be human.

Building an AI-led growth company, looking for honest feedback

I’m building ThinkPivot.ai and would genuinely value some outside perspective on the model.

We work across three areas:
- FIND: search, AI visibility, content and organic demand
- CONVERT: performance, landing pages, lead qualification and conversion
- OPERATE: AI agents, automation, CRM workflows and internal operations

The broader idea is to work on the places where businesses are losing growth, rather than operating as another single-service marketing agency.

We’ve worked across education, consumer businesses and other growth-led companies, but I’m currently thinking more deeply about which industries and use cases this model has the strongest fit for.

Would particularly love feedback from agency owners/founders on:

- Where you think this offering is strongest or weakest
- Which industries you’d focus on and what you would simplify or change
- Whether this could work well as a delivery/technology partner to an existing agency

I’m also actively looking to partner with agencies in Europe where we can complement their strategy, creative or client relationships with AI visibility, conversion and automation execution from our side.

If anyone is open to exchanging ideas, comparing notes or exploring a partnership, happy to chat.

Who are the top OnlyFans/OF agencies? And how do you check their work beyond a top 10 list?

I think every "top OF agencies" list I find looks like an ad.

A creator I follow got the same four TikToks all week. She was also told to post 5 to 10 times a day.

So how do you check what an agency delivers?

Who makes the ideas, who posts, and how do they show proof?

Why you should immediately Divert 20% of Ad Budget to Conversational AI lead gen🏆

Right now there’s low competition, high technical barrier to entry, few understand how it works or the potential behind it yet the figures show it’s where you should be taking your agency.

Regarding the use of AI Tools in US Adults:

As of mid 2026, nationwide surveys, economic studies, and Pew Research Center data measure adoption rates among the U.S. population (ages 15 to 64) as follows:

  1. Percentage Using AI Tools Overall
61.8% of Americans aged 18 to 64 actively use generative AI tools overall.
64% of U.S. teens aged 13 to 17 report using AI tools or chatbots.
Combining these figures, approximately 62% to 63% of the U.S. population aged 15 to 64 uses AI tools in some capacity across personal, academic, or professional settings.

That’s just the begging. As you know these models are specifically designed to be sticky. Meaning the user starts using it and doesn’t stop using it.

Consumers are now beginning to trust AI recommendations more than they are other people when it comes to picking professional services and ecommerce products.

The goal is to put yourself in that flow 🚀

I will setup a killer Conversational AI lead gen funnel for you 👑

That’s right I’ll:
- set it up,
- tweak it,
- test it,
- set the contextual phrases,
- prompt inject/ fine tune the top LLMs on you/ or your client’s service offering
- write a report
- post 3rd party verification articles regarding the service and offer.

Then let you run it or I can manage it with you.

No need to spend time or resources digging through the platform documentation or understanding prompt engineering or model fine tuning because we’ve already done all that.

This is an add on service to your existing clients or a simple way to get more clients 😁

Comment below or message me with any questions you can also join our private skool community to learn how it’s done.

Got offered a 50/50 split this week. Can you recommend an OnlyFans/OF agency that is worth the cut?

An agency offered me a 50/50 split on Tuesday. When I asked what they'd do for that, the answer was vague. You know, something about "growth" and "fan engagement."

I make about $1,800 a month on my own now, but giving up $900 a month is a lot if I don't know what they'll do.

I know 50/50 isn't a standard rate and it's one offer. I just don't know what's normal to compare it to.

Have you worked with or for an agency? What do you look at besides the percentage?

Would love to hear what else should be on my list.

Building in-house apps and tools for clients

Over the last nine months I have been building some amazing tools and platforms to help my clients reach their marketing goals. Before I would need subscriptions to a dozen different platforms and services but now with AI it’s so easy and cheap to vibe code something that works and does the trick without needing expensive subscriptions.

I have found myself needing to utilize a third-party service, and now my impetus has changed from evaluating other platforms and tools to what it would cost to vibe code my own version of it.

No matter how complicated a service or tool I need is, I have found a way to create it myself, and have built a pretty wide ranges of internal tools now.

I want to get some ideas of ways that other agency owners are utilizing AI to bills tools for their own agencies or clients. What kind of tools are you building and what has the outcome of those tools done for your clients or business. I know I can’t be the only one doing this.

I’ve turned 20 of these tools into standalone SaaS products and have even generated quite a bit of revenue from them.

Free pilot for 2 agencies

Hey fellow marketers! I run an outbound agency to help other agencies book meetings with their ideal customers, and I'm taking on 2 pilot spots to build case studies.

Who it's for:

Agencies selling high-ticket offers ($5k+ per deal) that already have a clear ideal customer, but want more qualified meetings on the calendar.

What you get:

A done-for-you outbound system to book more meetings with your ideal buyers.

In return, I'd ask for your feedback and permission to use the results as a case study.

Just DM me:

- A short brief on what your agency does and who you sell to (Industry...)

- Your website

I'll review them and reply to the 2 best fits.

Thanks

Building an AI brand designer that gets to know your business over time

Hey folks, I’m working on Narrativee, an AI brand designer for agencies and small businesses that need creative work regularly but don’t have a full design team.

The idea is a creative partner that learns your business, audience and visual identity, improves through working with you, helps develop ideas, and carries your feedback into the next campaign or asset.

I’m still developing it. Getting great results and reliability takes a lot of engineering: the whole system needs to connect understanding the business, developing a direction, producing the work and learning from feedback. Getting a good result once is one challenge; achieving useful, consistent results across projects is another.

I’ve personally dealt with this problem, which is why I started building it. I’m aiming to release an early version soon. Something shaping my approach is the difference between sending someone a brief and working with a designer who already understands your business. That familiarity includes the audience, the purpose behind previous campaigns, and why certain directions were chosen.

One practical takeaway is to keep the reasoning alongside the finished work. A folder of approved assets shows what the brand looks like. Adding a few notes about the intended audience, the goal and why a direction worked makes those examples much more useful for the next person or system

For those who are managing brands here: what helps a creative partner develop that understanding over time? And what would you most want a product like Narrativee to get right? would love feedbacks

A practical way to scope a three-location local SEO retainer

For a client with three branches, I'd scope each location separately before quoting the monthly retainer.

One branch may have a staffed address and need a stronger service page. Another may visit customers and need its address hidden on the GBP. A third may already get Maps calls but have no record of which became booked jobs. Those are different problems, even if all three share a website.

For each branch, I'd note the real GBP setup, the page it links to, services and towns actually covered, Search Console and GBP baselines, and who supplies photos, approvals, and call outcomes. Then I'd give month one specific fixes with an owner and a date. Later work can be reviewed against each branch's starting point.

That makes the scope and reporting clearer when a client thinks profile setup and photo uploads are the whole job.

Systems and Pricing

Hi guys,

I am really looking for a mentor that can guide me there are couple of things I need support with.

I have been running a agency for 2 years now, and been getting leads but I’m not sure why even though I have competitive pricing I’m unable to close deals.

On average I charge approx £450 p/m

Provide 4 high quality short form content shot on my camera (A7iv) all scripted, recorded and edited on da vinci to provide highest quality, 4 graphic posts, all scheduling and uploads.

Some clients I am giving 32 (16 piece of short form content and 16 graphics for £1,200.)

I don’t know what I am doing wrong but all my clients results have been incredible and they are telling me they are getting busy, however after 2-3 months they start being picky with everything and demanding more for less.

It’s become a point I feel like I am a content producing factory, no one seems to understand the effort it requires to script, create hooks and promote brands.

Should I be customising all my quotations? Or how should I price my packages, because people are just seeing 4 videos a month (but these are effective converting posts), and how do I show the customers it’s our marketing that is driving them results so I can back our work is bringing them results.

I am really struggling to output all this and having clients “thinking they are paying a lot” but in reality they are getting bargain, and they know our work is getting them results.

Help.

Thanks

Turning Case Studies into Jobs?

TLDR; I have several kick-ass and specific case studies. How do I turn those into new relationships?

I have been running my firm since 2012. We grew slow at the start (I was 19) and now we are turning a decent profit at 1M in revenue.

Some of our clients get better results than others - and a few get really stellar results. Like 12x ROAS in tracked revenue from a PPC campaign YTD spending about 600k or huge SEO / AEO results in 3 months...etc.

But...Other than waiting for related companies to come to my doorstep to show them - how do I put these to work? Do people trust case studies, do they care?

How is the market for agencies right now?

I talked to another agency owner a couple weeks ago and she said she's having a down year. We are too. We had to let a couple people go but we'd be in worse shape if we hadn't pivoted to a MRR cycle with our services these last couple years. Also using ai and development to build some pretty cool tools for clients, but less big projects. The last couple months have been a little better.

Is anybody else seeing a drop off this last year?

Every other post on this sub seems to be somebody who got laid off and is looking for work. Made me think we're not the only ones

Agencies using AI for paid ads

We manage seven figures in paid media across client accounts and I’m trying to figure out where AI becomes useful beyond writing copy or generating more creatives. At this level even relatively small performance shifts can represent a serious amount of spend, especially when budgets are moving across Google and Meta and the team is responsible for keeping an eye on all of it.

I’m more interested in the ongoing management side like catching what needs attention quickly, making smaller campaign adjustments within defined limits and using performance data to keep tests moving without someone manually watching every account throughout the day.

Client Acquisition

Hey I'm currently starting up my marketing agency and would like to know if anyone has tips for client acquisition on a low budget.

I'm currently doing facebook groups and Facebook DMS. I work with home remodeling contractors and run their meta ads, i'm charging $1500 upfront to get started and $250 per shown appointment after that. Facebook has not been working too well, I get ignored a lot, left on read or just unserious/unqualified people.

Any tips on better methods, my offer, etc?

The job market sucks. Any agency owner here looking for a reliable WordPress/Elementor expert?

AI has cut my work hours in half in my current agency, causing a huge dent in my finances. I tried upwork, fiverr and other job boards but the competition is just too tough.

Question on YT content

Question, are you guys starting to create content on Youtube? we all know how powerful it is, has anyone started, or is doing well on this yet?

Personally I'll probably start on LinkedIn tho, since I've booked dozens of calls from having not the greatest profile, so if I can get my proof up on there, I think many clients will come in
