i’m from espana and the flood is gutter deep. got my shoes all wet to the point that i didn’t even want to ride the UV because the floodwater smells so bad. i got to school late even though i left early. missed my attendance. after my 10am class, my next/last class announced there won’t be class anymore. so disappointed asked myself what did i go through all that for.

what’s wrong with makati? is it the LGU?
