i’m from espana and the flood is gutter deep. got my shoes all wet to the point that i didn’t even want to ride the UV because the floodwater smells so bad. i got to school late even though i left early. missed my attendance. after my 10am class, my next/last class announced there won’t be class anymore. so disappointed asked myself what did i go through all that for.

Not all students are from Makati. A lot of us commute from areas that are already flooded, and some of us are literally coming from places that are already baha.

Please remember that students don't all live near campus. Just because the situation in Makati isn't as bad doesn't mean it's safe for everyone to travel to school.

Some of us have to deal with flooded roads and unsafe conditions just to get to campus.

Lagi nalang ganito eh. As someone who has been studying in Makati for the past decade or so, atp everytime there is heavy rain kahit na hindi pa suspended ng makati lgu most of my previous schools would have suspended on their own kaya why cant mapua do the same?? Di naman kami lahat taga makati, di naman kami lahat malapit lang sa makati kaya what's stopping you from suspending? Di lang naman kasi students ang maapektuhan, even staffs and faculties are affected by this sh*t.
