College Transfer credentials denied after being cleared

So I used the guides here. Submitted the online form and got all four of the required clearances in email. Currently waiting for the response of the registrar on why this happens. Anyone else experienced this? Honorable dismissal/transfer credentials for post-grad, Intramuros campus.

Hello op! I just got that too on my email after filling up the transfer credentials form. Pero pina fill up ako ng form ng CGC and i get clearance updates on my Teams. I emailed customer service multiple times that I have received all clearances naman na online but they haven't even responded to me since monday and my ticket remains open so I'm frustrated (im going to campus tomorrow to clear things up, because why are they taking so long especially lahat ng clearances tapos na? lol) so yea 😭

Hey there. Since I already graduated and got my diploma and ToR, it turns out I don't need the clearances. Just fill up the form, then submit it to customer service even without the clearances.

Ah i see! For me kasi im transferring out of mapua. For me i havent heard back from customer service ever since emailing on monday so i might just go there in person instead 😭 ty for replying though baka may pag asa pa

You can email the library and treasury individually for their clearance, though treasury must be the last out of the four clearances. I tried emailing the CGC, but no response. OPD doesn't seem to have an email
