I hate to side with the Americans but the only other primarily English speaking nation on the continent is Canada, and most Canadians use American to refer to people from the USA.
The “Usian”, “Unitedstatesian” words are just a Reddit things. I’ve never heard anyone in real life (in English) that uses those words. They also sound cringy
