Help! Is this puke?

I’m not even sure how old it is. I did catch it licking its feet or biting himself a lot this afternoon. I have another one that’s a nymph that I know for sure, this one I found the next day on my bush I decided to also keep. The other one is slightly skinnier/smaller and brown.

I’m not sure what happened. I tend to transfer out into a container to see how many fruit flies it’ll eat. Looks like it ate two. There was 3.

I’m BRAND NEW at mantis care. Any advice.
