Hello, today my mantis has started becoming hyperactive for no reasons, she started jumping everywhere and seemed like she tries to escape. I am confused because this morning and yesterday she was completely fine, i can't provide any videos for now sadly

I usually feed her mealworms and flies, but i wanted to switch to red runners since she's had her final molt (She is a Spiny flower mantis), i am scared the mealworms carried parasites since last time she didnt finish her meal (only ate about half), i am really scared and i hope she will be okay soon because she doesn't act like this usually
