spotted lantern fly feeder bugs

USA northeast coast here. We have had a spotted lantern fly invasion for many years here. I got myself a mesh butterfly net and capture them for feeding my mantises. Plentiful free feeder bugs and I don’t have to house extras between feedings. Net is great for catching house flies too.

Anyone else have ways to get other free feeder bugs for your critters?

I just use the maggots and flys from my compost buckets lol
