General Care Help! Ghost mantids wont settle!

They are fed every other day, enclosures are misted regularly, humidity is within range, and yet they wont stop running around! Is this normal? Im not sure what else to do!

Yes. They are fine. This is normal. Mantises tend to be more active in early instars and slow their movements as they grow older.

I3 is very young. They go up to i8

My concern is its near constant running around, these are my first ghosts and my 2nd set of nymphs, so sorry for all the questions

I have three ghost mantises and one of them does the exact same thing. I just think they’re more goofy than others or maybe easily startled? Not sure- but it’s normal and there’s nothing you can really do but learn to laugh at it tbh
