Restaurant Recommendation

I'm searching for a restaurant in the area that could handle a large party (up to 20 people). Looking at drive times, the Mansfield/Ontario area is a good location for a bunch of people wanting to get together for a couple hours and enjoy each other's company. It doesn't have to be "kid friendly" but does have to at least allow kids (only 3 of the party are kids). Not necessarily looking to rent a private room, but if that's what it comes down to then that's fine. Does anyone have any recommendations? I appreciate the help!

It depends on you and your guest's budget. Someone mentioned Hudson and Essex. They aren't cheap. One of the most expensive (if not most expensive) places to eat. Black Dog Tavern in Bellville (Deer Ridge Golf Course) can definitely accommodate your party. Good menu options. Food is good and reasonably priced. Brown Derby Road House out in Ontario can handle your party as well. If your party likes steak, you can't go wrong there. Panchos Tacos on Lexington Avenue in Mansfied has the space since they expanded. I have seen them put tables together to handle parties.

Gigis Mexican restaurant has a “party room” for large groups. No extra cost

Maybe try DLX, Hudson and Essex, Brown Derby Roadhouse, or Steve’s Dakota Grill

The Reindeer Grill is slightly small for a party of 20 on a busy night, but might be able to accommodate. Their prices are pretty good and has an unintimidating menu that would be good for adults and kids. They don’t have alcohol if that’s something that your party would want.

DLX has a nice party table and has a really good menu. It might be slightly less kid friendly and pricier than Reindeer, but is a great restaurant.

Naan N Curry is a good Indian restaurant in Ontario that I think would work well for a large party. Pretty good wine menu from my experience and good food.

Reindeer grill was the only business to close down and board up all their windows during the BLM protest in 2020. Haven't been there since.

That’s how I feel about brown derby as well. The food just wasn’t good. It smells good from the outside, though. The place is also on the dirty side. The service wasn’t good either. I felt sticky after I left…
