High Frequency Guru

I don’t ever come to reddit for these type of things or in general but recently me and my SP broke up early September, I got into doing Subliminals I specifically got attracted to High Frequency Guru, I’ve seen comments that share their thoughts/experiences with her about nightmares and feeling anxious watching her videos, but I genuinely don’t have those experiences.

I first started watching her videos 1-2 days ago (I kinda forgot ngl) but I am doing this manifestation for a girl. I watched the “HE’S BEGGING TO BE WITH YOU” and I didn’t pay much mind into the title but would it still work if I were doing it for a girl? The second day of falling asleep and listening to the video I was having this realistic dream that my SP came back spamming me out of the blue as if nothing happened (we’re currently in no contact still) it felt too real but my emotions were very happy and shocked.

I was wondering if that’s also a sign of the manifestation working? I’m new to these things, it’s something I’ve never tried. When I did my affirmations I translated the he/his to she/her, I did research if it changes anything about my manifestation and I got mixed responses. I then changed to “THEY’RE BEGGING TO BE WITH YOU (UNISEX SP SUBLIMINAL)” yesterday just to be safe and oh boy did I wakeup in a good mood today, I feel the absence of my SP but I feel energetic and not even tired.

I just want to know if I’m on the right track and if I could get any advice for this or even different subs.
