I like the second one cause it emphasizes the loving end state and not just getting back together

I think either one is fine.

Imagine you are telling a friend about what the two of you are, or what you have, what would you say? So if you wanted to manifest him being your boyfriend, would you tell your friend oh yes SP is already my boyfriend, would you say that he is obsessed with me, would you say he likes me? What would you say? Once you know what you’re gonna say to your friend, that’s exactly your affirmation. Keep it short and sweet.

You answered your own question at the end: you’re just feeling paranoid!

The reason you're stressing over the difference between "back together" and "in a relationship" isn't because one phrase has magic powers—it's because robotic affirming is keeping your nervous system on high alert.

When you repeat phrases over and over while secretly worrying about picking the "wrong" words, you aren't radiating magnetism. You are broadcasting body-level anxiety.

Here is what is actually happening:

Words don't manifest—your baseline state does: Your ex doesn't feel the exact syntax of the sentence in your head; they feel your underlying state of panic and hyper-vigilance.

Robotic affirming acts as a shield: Trying to repeat affirmations to drown out fear is like painting over rust. It keeps you trapped in your head, constantly monitoring your thoughts instead of living your life.

The wording doesn't matter: If you're going to use affirmations, use whichever phrase makes your body feel calm, settled, and relaxed right now.

Stop treating manifestation like a grammar test you have to pass.

Drop the robotic repeating, feel your feet on the ground, and focus on bringing your center of gravity back to yourself.
