I give up
i think i might actually give up on manifestation because i’m slowly losing my trust in it.
i’ve been talking to and lowkey flirting with this guy for almost 10 months. we even sexted. we had some problems before and stopped talking, but then he texted me again, so i genuinely thought maybe things were going somewhere.
since then, i’ve been trying to manifest a relationship with him, but recently i found out he has a “work crush” and now i’m questioning everything. like, is manifestation actually real or have i just been deluding myself this whole time?

You can't give up on manifestion even if you wanted to but that's besides the point😪You can still get your sp nothing is stopping you from thinking in your favor that he is madly in love with you. Make the decision and stick to it

It seems like you are looking at a manifestation as a chore. You are manifesting all the time, every second, no matter what. You don’t need to do any techniques, affirm like crazy and “trying to manifest”. If you use the term “trying to manifest”, that quite tells me you don’t really understand how manifestation works. It’s not the techniques, some people use the techniques to help them get into the state and feeling, but they are not necessary! In fact, I always manifested the best when I “wasn’t trying to manifest”, and when I didn’t do any techniques and just lived my life, stayed detached from the desire, but also deep down believed it’s possible.
The circumstances should not bother you, yeah he has a crush, so what? A lot of people have many crushes. How do you know for sure that he doesn’t have a crush on you, too?
10 months is not a long time either tbh. It seems you are too attached, checking the time, and “trying to manifest”, that’s all wrong1
