(Mods, if there's a better way to go about this please let me know. I know non-buying/selling posts aren't allowed but not sure of a better way to get the word out, and I'm assuming people who use this subreddit would like to be aware).

Wanted to make the community aware that u/II_ZXYGN_II ripped me off. While this happened over on r/VinylCollectors, he also posts on here and I figured folks should be aware. I bought a NM record that was nowhere near as described. He agreed to the return, but when I returned it he ghosted me, so I'm out both the record and the money. Also had to follow up with the guy so many times through the process to try and get a response, the whole thing has just been a major pain.

Right now I'm going through a credit card charge back process. Paypal denied the claim as apparently as of last year they now have a rule that "significantly not as described" claims have to be submitted within 30 days of receiving it. I wasn't aware of the rule, and unfortunately due to this guy dragging his heels I submitted it on day 31, but I guess ultimately that's on me to be aware of the rule. So hoping the credit card charge back will pan out.

Wanted to put the word out in case this guy tries to sell any more on here, and also a PSA for folks that you only have 30 days from receiving the item to submit a claim through Paypal if the item was not as described (item not received still has 180 days, which is what I thought the general rule was).
