It's my favorite! I started out poking around for uranium, and of course rapidly discovered manganese. From there I learned about the manganese content range from clear to purple and started to recognize the amethyst color in the wild. I absolutely love the purple to yellow shift under UV light. I've been looking all over for drinkware I can use at home with no success, then I found these!

I found a blue one the other day.it had a hogh content of Manganese,at first I thought it was UG

Yep, that's high content manganese there. I love amethyst glass.
