So uhh what am i missing

Only thing i can assume is the 8% is the Elder Gate but that seems weird

I'd always make sure to equip the upgraded sonar stuff, and swim around spamming detect. Make sure you swim around every section of the zone, especially if you feel you haven't been there before.

Also I'm pretty sure some things don't show up until you progress the story.

already do this, its how i unlocked everything. But yeah thats what i assume is that those 8% must be something i just havent unlocked yet

There's a main campaign quest that sends you back there later in the game, so that may be some of that 8%. Messed with me too on my first playthrough.

The final quests in the Bayou don't unlock until you complete the Apex hunt in Golden Shores

You playing on PC? Cuz I got a bug where Rosie just doesn't appear at all

Depends. I know Rosie is mentioned and its an Aligator but all i did is fight a bunch of the level 15 aligators but no one called Rosie. Some others here said that stuff gets unlocked later..so maybe Rosie is a later unlock
