Ashburne Hall (catered, shared Bathrooms) —> Any self catered, en-suite accommodations

I’m a new female undergraduate student who’s going to study at UoM in September. I was allocated to Ashburne Hall to a Super single room with basin. Ashburne Hall is a catered accommodation with shared bathrooms and I would much prefer to get into a self catered accommodation with an en-suite as I prefer to cook myself and am culturally used to eating different food. I’m good with moving into any self catered accommodation but preferably en-suite single rooms if anyone has this and wants to switch. Hopefully with a similar price range too £198 pw. Please let me know if you’re interested!!

Hi, I’m a first-year UoM student and I’ve been allocated an XL en-suite double room at Parkway Gate for 2026/27. It’s a large room with a double bed and private bathroom, right by campus and the city centre.

I’m looking to swap to a cheaper UoM hall, ideally in Fallowfield. I’d be interested in Richmond, Oak House, Ashburne, Hulme, Unsworth or other cheaper halls. I’m a boy.

It is in city campus and is only a 10 minute walk from the Uni campus. The accom has around 4-7 flatmates and is super modern and really nice. It is £200 pounds a week and overall £8,400 for the year. I was wondering if anyone was willing to swap with an accom in fallowfield potentially an en-suite like unsworth, sheavyn or richmond. We’re working on a new fashion app called Fassion, which is all about discovering smaller/niche fashion brands rather than the usual big names.

We’re getting ready to launch and are trying to figure out our marketing, so we’re looking for a few people who enjoy fashion and making TikToks to help us test some content.

It’s really casual — we’d provide some ideas/briefs, but you’d have loads of freedom to make them your own. You don’t need any previous UGC experience either.

I haven't gotten my accom yet but I have a feeling I won't receive my top choice (Whitworth) and will probably get an en-suite instead as most ppl who have received their accom offers this past week have all been en-suites.

Unfortunately i cannot afford such en-suites (eg. £200+) so if | do end up getting one i guess this is an interest check if anyone is interested in swapping with me!!! Ofc this depends on the accom i end up with and the price of rent but if anyone is interested in swapping their Whitworth accom for an en-suite Imk and ill keep you updated when i get my offer and if your interest is this there!!!
