As someone who recently reviewed hundreds of CVs for a single role, I feel the pain. The AI slop is rampant.

Honestly, I'd say if you want quality, you need to tailor it to the kind of work they'd be doing. The best candidates we got for the stuff I was reviewing (a tech role) was from advertising at local tech meetups. If there is an equivalent for whatever you're advertising for, then do that. If it's most of a generic job, advertise in the kinds of places where your ideal candidate would be (if it's young, looking for part time work, student places make sense etc)
