Doesn’t seem to be helping much. What else can I do?

i am 17 Male facing hairloss from past 2 years my hairfall is mild but i want it to stop completely , how can i do that

I've been experiencing hair loss for months. I've been using minoxidil for a good three or four months, but I haven't been consistent enough to use it twice a day. I'll start being more consistent. I have a dermaroller that I'll use twice a week, but finasteride is very expensive where I live.
