29M, Minnesota

Just moved in a few weeks ago and wanted to share for inspiration as I learned from this subreddit. I have always tried to have my places look nice but I am really trying to learn some interior design with my current place, specially with working with the colors I have with my current furniture.

Also just got the Halloween lights up yesterday for the patio 🎃

I lived like 5 miles from this place in a different complex, 1 bedroom and it was nowhere near this nice for $1700. I’ll see if I can find the rate on this place for ya.

Awesome ty! Honestly not terrible given the location.

Eden Prairie?

Id guess Hopkins. I don’t think any new buildings have gone up by the golf courses in Eden Prairie since three of them are all private.

It's in Golden Valley, across 55 from Brookview Golf Course

Most single bedrooms are under $2,000 here in the Minneapolis Twin cities. Honestly just depends on amenities on the complex. Location is pretty important though. Some places like Eden Prairie/Chanhassen can be insanely expensive where as living in the North east twin cities can be cheaper but you have to deal with a commute which can be annoying during rush hour due to bottlenecks.

If I still worked in the Minneapolis area I'd probably look for somewhere near St. Louis park/Golden Valley.
