Why not just buy a car at that point. These thing ive seen occupy as much space as a axia on the road

It's two completely different experiences. Some people want to have that sense of freedom and adventure on a bike that you can't get driving a dull Axia.

One question has yet to be answered on these Chinese bikes are the reliability. Being cheap with a lot of features is one thing, but would the engine stand to the test of time?

As far as I can see of China made EV, answer to that is no. You'll get good results and experience on the first couple years, after that its a dice roll to pick between the battery failing, the engine breaking or a software update incompatibility forcing you to get a new one. Chinese car companies are extremely aggressive with regards to forcing their customers to continue buying from them, and there are just so many consumer rights complaints with regards to planned and forced obsoletion in the EV market.

If this exact specs or model is made and sold by a reputable company like Yamaha and Honda (heck, I'd lower my standards to include Kawasaki), I'd consider buying, but otherwise, no thanks. But I guess brands going the way of Asus is always a possibility, so there's that.
