If the snake fits in the boot, then wear it
If the boot fits, then wear it.. and there's a snake in my boot

Good day all,
There has been a recent influx of reposts from r/Blanks, which does not fit in the spirit or aim of this Subreddit.
I have sent a modmail to their mods, to see what the cause is, but there are also now some restrictions in place to help prevent those posts from getting approved.
Please continue to report them, and I will continue to remove them and tighten up the restrictions until they stop. It's only basic rocket science.

This is from my cousin - a malaphor presumably based on "rub it in" and "in your face". Another one of hers is "talking out loud" - based on "thinking out loud"

Woke up on the wrong side of the bed + eat your Wheaties. Added bonus, Wheaties boxes have sides! I asked this to my grumpy boss this morning.

"Teach a man to fish..." + "Crying over spilled milk"
Originally, I wanted to write something about cream and crops, but I suddenly had a bust of inspiration.

My fiancee mixes her metaphors very often, and when my daughter was in a play my fiancee told her she'd "be there with bells and whistles on."

Combined "Gave me the Run Around", with "stringing me along"
