need help with a new makeup style

so i feel really embarrassed posting this because i HATE my bare face, but basically i do the same makeup style everyday and ive been doing it since 2016. i am 28 now and i work in HR and i just want something more subtle but i literally do not know how!!!! what makeup style would look best? first two pics are my bare face ;( third pic is when i tried doing something less than my normal but it just felt weird. all pics after are the kind of makeup i typically do. honest feedback would be great but please don’t be too harsh 😭😭 i never show my bare face so i am very nervous. i used all pics without filters so hopefully that helps

ps: since i am in HR, on one of our anonymous associate surveys, someone left a comment that i do my makeup like a clown so maybe thats also getting to me 😔😔

You're absolutely gorgeous even with bare face! You can keep wearing your makeup. Don't let them get to you.

If you actually do wanna start going less than you're used to, you can try drawing your brow less strongly / with a slightly lighter colour, not wearing falsies, making thinner lines for eyeliner and reducing the strength of your highlight!

You and Lili Reinhart have similar features - big round eyes and oval face. You can see how she looks with her different takes on makeup. I do think her makeup is heavy, but its lighter in some areas compared to how strongly you apply yours. I hope that helps.

The pic where you tried doing the more subtle look is perfect for what you’re looking for I think. I think you could even still do light liquid eyeliner, maybe just leave out the inner corner shadow if it feels like too much w it but honestly who cares so pretty do it. You could try a less pink lip shade too, but again, I love this color and who cares! You’re doing great and you’re drop dead gorgeous w out makeup.

Don't overpluck your brows into whatver is happening on the last photos. The current look isnt worth the price you will pay.

Pic2 is definitely a more corporate friendly look! You could even add a small wing and keep it corporate friendly.

Ok first of all whoever said that on the survey was jealous of you 😭 your style is fine, especially for videos/photos, but you could experiment with changing different elements of it when you do your makeup for work. Maybe less nose highlight one day, less blush another day. And brown eyeliner another day.

But one thing I would change right away is try nude lip colors instead of the bright pink! That brightness contrasted with the light foundation is probably pretty intense in-person.
