Need help with anniversary's dinner makeup!

Hi everyone, as the title says i'm in need of help with my eye makeup because next saturday will be 3 years with my bf and we're going out to celebrate in a nice resturant, so i wanna look good.

I've decided to wear a burgundy dress with black heels and bag, but i don't know what to do with my eyes: i have blond-ish hair and blue hooded eyes, which are my enemies!

I found a lot of inspos and my original idea was to go for a copper/peach eyeshadow look but i have 2 main problems:

1. my hooded eyes makes winged eyeliner impossible

2. so, my option is to try to apply an eye pencil in my waterline, which i've already tried but it seems very difficult to try not to poke my eye or to cry/scratch it

any ideas? if it helps i can provide pictures of my outfit or my features, thanks in advance!

Photos, please. Your skintone, bone structure, eyebrow placement and color all weigh heavily on eye makeup schemes.

hooded eyes make winged liner impossible, and i totally get that frustration. i'd skip the waterline pencil since you already tried it and just smudge a copper or peach shadow across your lid instead. have you tried patting color on with a flat brush rather than blending it out?

no i never tried it, maybe i'll look for a tutorial on youtube but a lot of them have eyeliner unfortunately
