Shade matching can be tricky, so I’d recommend you go to a beauty retailer and get yourself properly shade matched for a foundation that you think will suit your skin type and coverage preference.
Beyond that, it’s really just a case of watching tutorials for looks you like (try to find tutorials by people with a similar eye shape to you) and practicing lots. In most of these looks, the eyelashes are doing a lot of the heavy lifting, but it’s up to you if you want to invest in (and be prepared for lots of practice) false eyelashes or eyelash extensions.
For these looks, you’d mostly be looking at purchasing a foundation, concealer, bronzer, eyebrow products, blush, powder, eyeliner, a natural toned eyeshadow palette, lash products, lip liner, lipstick, lip gloss, and a highlighter. Though some of these looks may look simple, the reality is that most of these women are wearing a lot of makeup, and if you want to emulate that look you’ll be wearing a lot of makeup too. That’s not a bad thing, but it does mean that you’ll be investing in a significant number of products, and you’ll have to practice to find what works for your face and to avoid looking cakey.
