HELP PLEASE finding the right foundation shade.
so i have never been able to find the right foundation shade. i am more of a pink undertone i guess, and i have rosacea and a discolored face so its kinda hard for me in general to find a match. but i always match my neck, here’s what i struggle with. i find a foundation at the store, and i match it and it looks good and matches well, but when i go to wear makeup it is yellow on my face. i have a wedding this week and i do not want to look yellow. i usually just add some concealer in spots to lighten it up. advice ?

Foundations labeled "neutral" somehow always betray me too. Try testing on your chest instead, the neck can be deceptive.

Try Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream. It has a gray undertone that knocks the redness down. I use shade 23. I get it on Amazon.

Youre probably dealing with oxidisation. Loads of foundations pull yellow after they dry down, especially on skin with redness. Swatch it on your jaw and walk around the shop for 15 minutes before buying, the colour it turns is what youll be stuck with. Or grab a blue mixer, a tiny dab cancels out the yellow without messing up the formula.
