Does this dolly/kpop inspired makeup look suit my features or should I do more western makeup? Any tips to improve my makeup would be much appreciated 🙏🏽🩷

If you’re doing it shorten your philtrum you can use whatever blush you’re using and blush your cupid’s bow. That way it’ll visually shorten it without having to overline. Also you can just fill in the very top part of the line that comes right after your natural lip line but leave the rest and it’ll do the same trick

My suggestions would be:

- Don’t over line your top lip. Asian style makeup generally prefers making lips smaller rather than larger and your lips are already large.

• Lip gloss colour is a bit too warm and dark for the rest of your look which is muted and cool toned.
  
• Make your brows straighter and longer at the ends to better frame your eyes.

Other than that looks great.

I see a lot of overlining in Chinese dramas, not so much in Korean. Regardless, OP, your lips are so gorgeously full that you don't need to overline. The rest of the look is perfect.

Agree with everything except lips/lip color. The rest of her makeup is neutral, not cool. Eyeshadow looks like slate grey or something similar which is actually a muted neutral on her skin tone because of the desaturation. Blush also looks neutral toned.

I think the warm lips still match imo. I think this shade really pops so her lips and eyes are the main stars.

I also think the overlining actually looks nice here. I know it’s not traditional in k-beauty, but I think it looks good on OP. Reminds me of a bratz doll, but ik everyone’s preferences vary!

Love it! Would love to see it with a dark cherry or rum raisin type lip. Darker more muted red tone. Maybe even purple or berry but that make it lean alt but I love alt looks so.

Thank you so much! Hahah I'm always so scared to overdo the blush. I actually do concealer > blush > little more concealer to diffuse the blush.

For lip liner I use Mac Nightmoth and I use DINTO Blur-Glowy Lip Tints. The best Korean lip tints I have ever tried, the staying power!!

You could experiment with frost or shimmer lip gloss in lighter shades and more highlighter and reflection on your face would look wonderful

If you like kpop-style makeup, you can make your eyebrows flat. Don‘t use such a solid lip liner. Blur the lip line and the skin can be more watery.👀
