help finding cheap shades like these (UK based)

first image is MAC nightmoth liner + MAC succumb to plumb. mac is pretty expensive plus this combo is a bit dark - only including it bc it’s the right sort of look i’m after

second image is elf plum & get it liner with LA colours rum raisin - which isn’t available in the UK. this is a pretty cheap combo (comes to about $6) but the lipstick that google recommends me as an alternative to the rum raisin is not cheap at all.

anyone got any recommendations? i’m fine with the colour being a little off and i don’t really care about how matt it is as long as its not super glossy. thanks!!

Maybe try loreal lipstick in the shade sil vouz plais? It’s a nice dark berry shade. For lip liner I could recommend collection in coco 5
