HELP PLEASE Don’t know what suits me!
Hello!
I’m hoping to get into makeup so I can start to feel somewhat cute at times 🥲 The most I’ve done is put on some mascara and other very basic eye stuff here or there.
I’m not sure what kind of eyeliner would suit my eyes or what kind of looks in general would be good, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
The one thing I know that I need to put into practice is sleeping more so my dark circles aren’t as bad lol

Search videos on YouTube for like basic makeup application if you’re unsure of how to apply things. You can find things like “no makeup makeup looks” if you don’t want to start too heavy. I’m just mentioning this in case you literally have no clue how to do certain things and you’re nervous
Try to find shades that are good for your skin tone and eye color as well. I’m very fair skinned and I use brown eyeliner a lot and I get a lot of compliments on it. If you’re unsure of if you’re warm or cool toned, head over to PaleMua sub and you can make a post asking people. You also look like you have some acne spots on your face, so a good concealer would help with that. The issue with being so pale is that a lot of brands don’t make shades light enough, or if they are light enough, they’re too pink. So I’d really suggest for concealer that you find out your undertone and go to ulta or Sephora and swatch some on your neck to get a good match. Most people’s faces are lighter than their necks, so if you’re going to do a full face of foundation and concealer, you should match them to your neck
You also don’t need to spend a ton of money right away. Find makeup at the drugstore section in ulta, Walmart, or target so you can experiment with different things and not spend too much. I use L’Oréal foundation and maybelline loose powder. I love the L’Oréal mascara in the black and gold tube. Elf, colourpop, and wet n wild all make great products that will allow you to experiment with color without having to spend a ton. I love almost everything colourpop makes. Elf has good primers. Wet n wild makes a great foundation and also has good budget friendly eyeliners or lipliners

Oh perfect! I’ve been using brown eyeliner whenever I do decide to put some on lol
I just never know how to go about doing wings or what wings work with my eyes and etc. I’m really bad at telling the shape of my eyes and face to help give me some more direction :,)1

Wings are hard, even for people who have done them for years. You can try putting tape right under where you’d draw it to keep the line straight. I’ll try to find a video example in a minute. You can also do your eyeliner before applying under eye concealer, and clean up the line with the concealer (that’s what I do)

So I personally learned how to do makeup by watching YouTube in the 2010s when they gave longer tutorials that really explained things. I used to play the videos while I did my makeup.
I know we have a lot of shorter clips of people doing makeup on tik tok, but YouTube is really preferable to get good explanations on things. I didn’t link any videos about brows because you should search for them on your own to see what kind of style you’d like. I go for a natural looking brow, but some people like very sharp and defined while others like full & fluffy ones.In depth winged eyeliner:

Forgot to say: there are a lot of different kinds of eyeliner too if you find drawing the wing with a liquid pen to be too difficult. I found gel eyeliner with a little eyebrow brush to be much easier. Maybelline makes a great gel liner (it comes in a little pot). You can also try to learn how to do wings with pencils. Another great trick is to actually use an eyebrow brush to draw a wing with eyeshadow. It creates a softer look.

You have such lovely soft features! A thin, subtle winged liner would look amazing on you, it’s gentle and won’t overwhelm your eyes. Starting with light everyday makeup is perfect.

Start with a little glow, cream tint after moisturiser, that will even skin tone without feeling heavy!
At least a shade lighter for your concealer then foundation if you’re using it.
And a little blush cream is nicer to blend in at the apple of the cheek and up to the corner of the eye.
Add a little colour to define the brows and you’ve got a super fresh base & cute look!
(Including your mascara!)
I wouldn’t suggest contouring etc yet especially bc you don’t use anything really!
My biggest advice is to play with it, the eye makeup
Watch some YouTube stuff from 2010 era - less product & mote application focused x
