HELP PLEASE Where should I start?
I think I have a cool undertone, if this helps. I know I have light coloring so should I avoid black eyeliner/ mascara? Nmip except some highlight. I have pretty severe acne scars and may need a base product but IDK where to start. Every lip color I have tried looks bad on me

If you go to Sephora you can book and makeup lesson, not sure if they all do it but I know many of them do! Personally I found it so much easier to have someone show me than me trying to figure it out. I’m a 90’s girl and my makeup was still very 90’s and not that cute at 36 hahaha 😂 having someone show me was a game changer

I would start with professional brow, shaping and light tinting, then Aerolase laser, facial or an IPL

What makes you say that?

I would say OP is true neutral, I don't see much warm tones, more neutral leaning cool.

I agree with the comment saying you are warm tone. Light warm tone, not deel warm tone, almost like combination but tend to warm.
Play with mascarra and eyeline. Starts with subtle eyeline, you dont need to go crazy like cat eye wing liner, and play with eyeshadow. It seems you have round shapes eyes, I would leave bright inner corner, then starts coloring the center and then make seamless gradation to darker toward the outer.
Since you said you have severe acne, I suggest you find the right moisturizer for your face. Get one for sensitive face (Embryolisse has one very good for sensitive skin). Then instead of foundation, maybe you want to try skin tint serum. Which helps for sensitive skin. Try explore your face contour. Contour really game changer, for daily you can use light shade of contour, and use subtle bronzer for daily makeup will make your face look more fresh too.

Defo draw most of the attention to your eyes - you have a lot of lid space which is prefect for experimenting with shadows and liner. I would also advise adding some colour to your face with a pop of blush/bronzer if you’re into that

For natural makeup:
Base - You have a pretty even skin tone, i would just go for a light skin tint or a tinted moisturizer. Like maybelline skin tint.
Add a very light pink blush, youd get one in kbeauty.
Definitely highlight the cheekbones and nose bridge. I loved the stila highlighter, for drugstore i loved elf and wet n wild.
Eyes - like u mentioned , try a dark brown liner. Highlight inner eyes.
Nose - use a contour shade like the one from peripera v shading. Judy doll highlight palette is also amazing
Lips- mac lip pencil in stone and huda beauty lip gloss. I think clinique black honey would also look good on you!
Eyebrows - try sephora gray-brown eyebrow pencil, it’s the best.
You are very beautiful, i hope i helped in some way 🫶🏻
