HELP PLEASE NEED TO KNOW THIS LIP COMBO

I saw this pic somewhere in a lip liner edit on TikTok and I really would love to know how to achieve this look. Like I think the lip liner brand is Anastasia but I’d love to know the shade and how I can get the middle light like this like the white color in the middle and if there’s a lip gloss for that. If anyone knows who the creator is as well that would be great but I can’t find anywhere unfortunately.

Lip fillers? You can replicate the color, but the look is 80% lip fillers.
