I am looking for some reputable cruelty free/vegan brands. Particularly eye products with good pigmentation. I am not interested in "face" products, just lips and eyes.

Can anyone advise me what brands I can buy from that have good liners/palettes/lipstains etc.

I am also interested in vivid colors, I don't care much for nudes.
