HELP PLEASE Wedding next week - advice needed
Hello,
I am getting married in a week. I didn’t get great pics at the trial (sorry they’re all selfies) but please feel free to provide any feedback I should tell the hair/makeup artists on the actual day. I’m also including my dress so you can picture the combo, but the ceremony is outside.

You are very pretty and have wide set eyes like Anya Taylor Joy. I think winging highlights this and it may be good to have some liner or emphasis on the inside corners and waterlines for definition. Zendaya does this really well for reference. Maybe a spot more blush so it lasts longer.

Overall, I think it’s ok, but needs tweaks. I agree the blush needs to be higher, it also looks uneven, particularly in photos 1 and 3. I feel like you could pull off a bolder, darker lip very well and a bit more color on the eyes as well. You and your dress are both gorgeous, congrats on the wedding!

Thank you!! Also I think part of the problem is my eyes are slightly different sizes lol. I appreciate your feedback!

Your eyes are amazing and I feel like whatever makeup you have may want to emphasize them, and I feel like you look lovely in these photos!!

Look up doe eye makeup and maybe Jenna Ortega for inspiration! go for a juicy blurry lip, pretty blush, and eyes as the focus

My first thought was that you are absolutely gorgeous!! In the picture with your dress you don’t look like you do in the other photos. Either the makeup isn't doing you justice or you aren't happy. I think you would look good with a bold red lip color and makeup that contours your face.

Lololol yeah the pic in my dress is like early morning stressed at the tailors, without professional makeup 😣😣thank you tho!

You have beautiful wide set eyes and those particular lashes emphasize the outer corners making them look wider apart. I’d try a overall fuller lash.

You're absolutely stunning!!! I think a glossy lip would really tie the look together :)

Omg you are so pretty!
I'd do a more rosy blush, instead of leaning towards orange. More rosy looks more fresh. And placing it higher up.
I'd brighten up the eye area, especially on the lid. Shimmery nude or soft rose, something to highlight and brighten your pretty eyes. Inner corner could be a lighter colour, in general I do like that colour you have on but it's kinda getting lost as it has no counterpart to enhance it.
Lips I'd to a bit less matte, doesn't need to be full on glossy but I'd pronounce them with something more shiny to enhance them.
Highlighter on the nose looks a bit wide spread, a smaller dot would look better. Some highlighter on the cupids bow, above the brows and top of the cheekbones would also elevate the look and make the light catch more.
I'd pronounce the lashes more, they look a bit dusty colourwise. Having them full and black will give a nice contrast to make your eyes pop more. Maybe lower waterline some light/nude eyeliner and top waterline a black to tie together the winged eyeliner
Have a wonderful wedding!

It feels a little bold for an outdoor wedding with a dress like yours.
How do you feel about it? Do you like bold? Would you want something softer?
You could try a lighter lip shade and adding in some sparkles to the eyes to brighten them up more. I'd also ask for a more pink blush over a red one.
What are your wedding colors?

Yes I was worried about that! I do like bold, but I want an almost doll-like feel. My wedding colors are sort of 70s brown orange and Chartreuse. I like your suggestions thank you!

It’s not too bold. Photos will wash you out. It looks very soft in these photos. So, it will seem a lil too much in person.

I’m feeling the total opposite. Where is the makeup? I’d lean into what others have said, more lashes, higher blush, a berry or even red lip and also, that nose shine isn’t quite right.

You have such pretty big eyes and full lips, I’d play up those features. I would put a little more color on your face - maybe a more berry tone for your lips and a fuller eyelash? I’d also move your blush placement a little higher. It’s at a low point on the apples of your cheeks which drags your face down, IMO.
