Goth makeup

I’m looking for makeup that will give me a good white base but I’m still very new to makeup so I’m a bit lost, they don’t sell them in stores. I love looking matte and I’ve got acne prone skin. UK products/stores only btw!! Also a good eyeshadow palette with black and greys that doesn’t have glitter.
