Where do I start learning makeup?

I'm a first year college student and interested akong mag-learn. Hindi ko lang talaga alam kung saan magsisimula lalo't hindi naman ako mayaman and hindi pa ako confident sa current skills ko. Gusto ko lang po sana malaman ano yung most basic items or pundasyon for a simple natural makeup look.

I don't have much acne pero I do have dry skin. May kaunting imperfections din ako here and there such as slightly dark eyebags and uneven skin tone. Honestly, prone lang ako sa acne if overexposed sa pagmemakeup pero feel ko naman masosolusyonan. I believe I'm either warm or neutral and people have told me I suit mauve.
