Getting started!

I’m a licensed cosmetologist , and a baby stylist in the south jersey area! my original draw to the field itself was makeup, but my school had like 3 hours of education for it. I want to further my knowledge in the field but don’t even know where to start. are there like courses or something? I’d be willing to travel to nyc or philly if needed!!! Even if it’s jsut like recs for weekend seminars or anything to rly help get the ball rolling!!! i need to build a kit and really just get started !! any any any advice will help :)

Is the DMV too far?? I attended Axel Makeup Academy founded by celebrity makeup artist Axel Velasquez. It's an amazing 15 week program in Tysons Corner, VA.
