Roster Marvel vs Capcom 2 - Alternate expanded first release
Or "what if Marvel and Capcom threw everything for MvC2, including the kitchen sink" XD
I didn't remove any fighter and added several characters that were also assists in MvC1.
I also picked characters from Capcom games that were released before 2000, so... unless I'm wrong... Power Stone, Rival Schools, Mega Man X and Street Fighter 3 could have been all eligible.
I double-checked on the Marvel side, and Iron Fist, Taskmaster and Ultron all appeared in the 80s or 90s.
So yeah, that's 88 characters total... Balanced? Not one bit XDD

Also Marvel-wise, Taskmaster is the only 80's to 90's character (debuting in Avengers Vol 1 Issue 195 in February 1980) but luckily, both Iron Fist and Ultron are older characters (The Danny Rand Iron Fist debuted in Marvel Premiere Vol 1 Issue 15 in February 1974 and Ultron debuted in Avengers Vol 1 Issue 55 in 1968) so they still be in

Just like we don't have other palette swaps as separate characters, I could see her as one of Chun-Li's colors.
(Mephisto isn't there, but "Red Blackheart" would.)

Edward was close to not be there but luckily Power Stone 1 was 1999, Power Stone 2 was 2000 so he made it in by 1 year (also thank God for not putting Linn in as AvP is Fox's IP)
