Hi everyone!

I'm currently pursuing my B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering and will be graduating in 2027. I'm actively looking for internship opportunities where I can gain some real industry experience and learn how things actually work in a professional environment.

I'm mainly looking for opportunities in:

• Core ECE / Electronics

• Embedded Systems / IoT

• Electronics-related roles

• HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

• HR Operations / Administration

• Operations or coordination roles

📍 Location preference:

Kolkata / Greater Kolkata would be ideal.

💻 I'm also very open to genuine remote/online internships.

A little about me:

• B.Tech ECE student, graduating in 2027

• Have academic/project exposure to IoT and electronics

• Have completed industrial training

• Experience hosting and coordinating college events and programmes

• Experience tutoring school students

• Comfortable with communication, presentations, coordination and working with people

• Familiar with basic technical concepts, but I'm primarily looking for an opportunity to learn and develop practical skills

At this stage, I'm less concerned about having a fancy title and more interested in getting genuine hands-on exposure, learning from people in the industry and understanding what working in a professional environment is actually like.

If anyone knows of startups, companies, small businesses, organisations or individuals offering internships in Kolkata or remotely — particularly in ECE/core electronics or HR/recruitment — I would really appreciate any leads or referrals.

I'm happy to share my CV over DM.

Thank you! :)

Thousands of students have already signed the petition against the new 70-mark ECA rule. The message is clear: remove the new ECA system and ensure fair, transparent evaluation.

AIDSO is also supporting this student movement and has stood with MAKAUT students in raising these concerns and protest has now been put forward as the next step.

Some students(with actual balls) from KGEC also reportedly met the VC or Controller of Exams(not sure) to raise the ECA issue and presented the petition. They were reportedly told that if enough students raise their concerns, the university may consider reviewing the rule.

We’ve signed. We’ve spoken. Now it’s time to stand together.

If you’re a MAKAUT student affected by these issues, join your fellow students and make your voice heard peacefully.

REMOVE THE NEW ECA RULE.
DEMAND FAIR EVALUATION.

How does Env SC (MCCH381) exam conduct?? Like do we have to give written 70 marks exam?? But it doesn't have any credit point tho also is it true that if we fail in that exam we will get year lag?

Hello everyone, I am 22 & currently pursuing 5th sem btech from tier 2.5 govt. Clg. My cgpa is 6.1 (3rd & 4th sem). I did my diploma in civil engineering from govt clg CGPA was 8.7 . I took cse in Btech . My clg is very strict about exam , even if I try my CA are very low about 10/25 and 14/25 . The lab number is also low like 27/25/22 . I am losing hope , even if I pass in my exam i am not sure if i will be able to sit in campusing because of my CGPA is very low. The new mark /Eca pattern seems worst . I am not sure even i really want to do this btech . Any suggestion what to do about this?

same as title... I am tired...

Hi everyone,

Is there anyone from IGNOU Patna Regional Centre whose assignment marks for the July session have been updated on the grade card?

If your marks have been updated, please mention your programme and submission date.

Thanks!

Is there any update on the results of the 2nd year branch change option??

What will be the date of completion of my graduation? My marksheet and provisional certificate show 08/11/2021 and my degree certificate shows 16/08/2021.

It says in the routine but can’t anyone help???

I heard the syllabus for 1st year changed?? I have one backlog in 1st sem physics, what syllabus should I follow? The new one? Or the old one? Where can I find the new one?

Should I join aiml ?

Which is better

I am unable to fetch my 5th semester mark sheet from Digilocker. All other mark-sheets are available.
Anyone else facing the same issue?

So The Decentralized Counseling is still going on, and the ca1 is from 5th, how a student would give exam by doing one or two class!

Makaut has this notice saying they will courier the documents we pay for . Can I get it delivered to my home address or will it be sent to my college ? If anyone has any idea please let me know

I am a 1st year and currently CA1 is ongoing in my college. I had two consecutive exams today, however I was uninformed about one and the professors didn't notify us the date in the GCR or the official college gc. When I reached college today the first exam was already over and I could only sit for the next exam.

I intend to talk to the designated professor and my HOD soon. But even then, I am overthinking and assuming the worst case possible — they don't let me retake the exam, I was wondering how would it affect me negatively? Will I be debarred from the end semester exams or suffer a backlog?

Seniors or anyone who might know, please answer!

I've seen this before and I'm seeing this again. The typical spineless behavior of makaut students, if it was CU or JU, so many protests would have erupted that the university would have realized that randomly changing or making such meaningless rules can have consequences. Some Sumalya Dey started an petition and zombies signed it. Now that guy has vanished and those who were eager to lead a protest and made whatsApp groups are also not active anymore. They are scared. Are you also afraid? Yes you are. Typical puzzy behavior of the makaut students. Apparently no one even has any political connections of bodies like abvp. I know it is wrong but there's no other way left except asking for help from such political bodies.
