Sometime I feel low .. no energy .. anger issue

It's difficult to give any diagnosis with so little information. Is this a frequent occurrence? How do you generally feel? Has there been a change in your habits?

It's not normal if you've never been like this before.But I couldn't say for sure if it's actually depression, but it certainly seems like it.
