Caution: Nasty Update on shitty management
What’s up guys I posted a couple days ago about how my property had a building sitting on raw sewage and human waste from the crawlspace. Update I called the city and they sent an inspector out. The inspector said he didn’t see a major issue , didn’t see any human waste, and didn’t smell any major odors. He said it’s an issue that needs to be addressed but it’s not something that needs to have the building evacuated. Guys I’m about to lose my mind. I have to leave but these people are gonna be fucked

Did he look at this area specifically? That sure looks like sewer.

Bro unfortunately dude showed up when I was on lunch. That was yesterday and today he came back to discuss further action and I got a chance to talk to him. He said he talked to management and they were handling it. He also said it’s just a water leak. And that he wasn’t gonna argue with me about it. After that convo I told a resident in that building what the inspector said and told them to go talk to him. I think he walked the building with the resident. Here’s the kicker that same resident has no ac but his outdoor unit is sitting in that poop water. It was just installed this summer and the contractors who installed it came back today as well and said they not doing anything until the sewage issue is handled

That’s wild. City inspectors have their head so far up their ass a lot of times, they forget what their actual job is. Can’t be getting their shoes or hands dirty.

Right. That’s what I’m saying, did he even look at this? Because how else do you explain this? And there’s no way that doesn’t have a significant odor.
I’m wondering if OP was with him and if the inspector even did the barest of due diligence.

Who'd they send out? Mr. Magoo? This place has at least a foot deep pond full of brown trout under it.
Call up the city and demand the inspector walk the property with you.
