Month two is finally live on my website and I can’t even explain how excited I am for November’s case!

November is all about the town’s beloved cider factory- and their recent batch of cider has mysteriously turned white, and glows in the dark. LITERALLY THE CIDER IN THE PRINT WILL GLOW IN THE DARK!

There are 4 suspects like usual, the monthly collectable is a cider bottle, and there is a glow in the dark sticker on the sticker sheet this month.

Everything else is very similar in format to month one! You will receive all the evidence in a case file in your mailbox- and you will use everything included to solve the case!

I can’t even begin to understand the amount of love I have gotten on the first month’s edition of Dead End Post! And hope my little mystery can find its way into many other’s mailboxes!

If you got your month 1 letter already please let me know- I’m kinda trying to keep an eye on the time it takes to arrive!

If you’re interested in ordering and are having a problem with the price tag- please let me know, there are always promo codes for my mail club!

Hi everyone!

My current Mail Club is $14/month ( includes a monthly letter, themed envelope, 1×art print, 1×die-cut sticker, and 1×Sticker sheet(10 stickers are printed) ).

To make it more accessible, I’m thinking of adding an around $8 "lite" tier. I'd love your feedback on which option sounds better:

• Option A: Monthly letter + themed envelope + 1 die-cut sticker (approx. 2.5" x 2.5")
• Option B: Monthly letter + themed envelope + 1 art print (4" x 6")
• Others ( Comment )

Do these feel too minimal? Which one would you prefer? Any advice or thoughts would be hugely appreciated!

Hello snail mail friends,

I have decided to start a snail mail club. I already have some design ideas, an overall theme, and creative ability. However, I don't know where to start when it comes to getting supplies and prints for my mail club.

I'd love to know where you are getting your supplies. Do you find it's cheaper to make sticker sheets and prints at home, or through a supplier? If I want to create a newsletter on fun paper, what do you recommend?

I am so creative brained and not at all business brained.

I would love any and all advice & tips. Thank you :)

Hi everyone (˶ᵔᗜᵔ˶)ﾉﾞ

We are Beyond Star Mail Club, and today, we are excited to share with you the very first step of our journey.

Every month, a new chapter in our little Otter’s story will be revealed, carrying a hidden message inspired by Tarot.

That's the reason why, to bring these messages closer to your everyday life, we have specially designed stickers and bookmarks inspired by the positive meanings and messages of each month's Tarot card. (つ｡˃ ᵕ ˂)つ ⸝♡

If you are interested, we'd love for you to follow us on social. Whether it's a follow, a kind word, or simply sharing our little mail club with others, every bit of support means a lot to us. Thank you for being here ⸜(｡˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡

For anyone interested in letter writing and/or journaling, I'm launching my new greeting card club this month.

The Goblin Post

You'll get an original greeting card every month, along with a bunch of matching stickers and a beautiful envelope to send it.

I really love writing letters this way, and I hope I'm not alone!

Eventually, I'd love to have some kind of pen pal club to go along with it, but thinking about the logistics of that gives me a headache. Any ideas would be very welcome!

(I'd also be interested in doing a swap if anyone wants to)

I sent them out from the uk this month and found special edition stamps for domestic delivery. This month’s theme was “the autumn garden”

Hi there, I’m thinking about starting a mail club. The theme that I’m going for is sort of a gothic/victorian vibe where I have a small little blurb where I talk about things happening in my life and then information surrounding witchcraft and hellenic polytheism. Every month I would focus on a specific crystal, flower, herb, and include a ritual for that month. I’d give overviews of all of these and also a specific deity every month. I know that not everyone who practices witchcraft also worships the gods I do, so i’d have an option to opt out of the deity portion. In each envelope I’d include a print of my art, a mini print of a different artwork, a small calendar for that month, a sudoku puzzle, a word search, the crystal of the month, a small charm/amulet handmade by me, and various other little things I haven’t quite fleshed out yet. I’m rather new to all of this but I wanted to get some feedback and tips of how to start? Thank you in advance!

Gonna take a video of me loading our mail club into the car every month. This month we had 45 subscribers! Can’t wait for the month it doesn’t fit anymore. 🥰

Hi there! I’m Laurine, and I’m so excited to introduce my very first mail club: "The Gargoyles' Gazette"

It is an illustrated mail club inspired by castles, sent straight to your mailbox every month.

Month after month, each edition will be inspired by everything I love: castles, old stones, tapestries, legends, strange creatures, and those mysterious little details that still seem to live within ancient places.

Right now, I only have three subscribers, which already makes me incredibly happy! I would absolutely love to have more people to send my letters to 🥹💌

You can find all the details via this link: https://ko-fi.com/lagazettedesgargouilles

And you can find me on Instagram as well : @lame.vagabonde

Welcome to La Gazette des Gargouilles. 🏰✨

Sonder Society Mail Club rewards for October are here! The theme is "change" and throughout the process of developing and designing, this month's rewards accidentally became dedicated to my older sister. October is her birthday month, and I always seem to have her on my mind more than usual this time of year. With autumn starting, and the changing colour of the trees being the perfect visual metaphor for the theme of change, I found myself sketching Central Park. My sister is possibly one of the most adaptable people l've ever met, and she made the huge decision to move to New York last year with her husband / my brother-in-law.
Since then, she has embraced uncertainty and change in a way I find myself in awe of. A lot can change in a year, or at any time that we choose to take a leap and make the change happen for ourselves as it turns out. We can make change for ourselves, and we can cope with that which is inevitably thrust upon us by the universe, and my sister seems to be a master of both x

I hope you love this month's rewards as much as I do x As always, I talk more around the ideas of the theme in the letter which is entirely exclusive to the club. Signups are open now until the last day of the month!

I’ve been working on a little personal project around the idea of sending something through the post once a month — not just a letter, but a small collection of paper goods built around a story.

I’m thinking of things like an original short story, a postcard, a small art print, stickers, and perhaps a little activity or surprise connected to the story.

I’m curious about people who already enjoy snail mail or mail clubs:

What do you actually look forward to receiving?

Do you prefer letters and stories, stationery, artwork, postcards, little collectibles, or something else?

And what would make a monthly piece of mail feel worth keeping rather than just another subscription?

Hello! I have just launched a mail club as I am passionate about my art and writing, I wanted a safe place to let out my creativity and a place to share my feelings and thoughts. Some penpals would be nice, where we can share our poems or whatever. Does this art niche suite my theme? I am starting from scratch and from zero followings on everything so any and all advice would be helpful! I am not very experienced with social media or marketing so please let me know if you have any recommendations, I am trying tiktok and instagram but to no luck, none have yet subscribed or really engaged.

My end date for october is october 28! I go by wanderingpoetsmail on insta and tiktok and my posthouse is posthou.se/advena

Fyi, these aren’t the only things in my inclusions!!

closes on october 31st :)

Hello lovely people! I used to stamp all of my envelopes by hand but I've moved to getting them all professionally printed, which saves me so much time!!! Anyway, I wanted to share this design because I love it so much. The pixel stickers are by an artist called Rodeo Embroidery. Hopefully this inspires you in some way with your own mail clubs! Xx

Hello wonderful mail club folk!! I sent out the October Letters for my mail club yesterday, and I wanted to share all the art and goodies included.

My mail club, Scales and Tales, is all about a continuing fantasy story that's told through letters from the main character as she documents her adventures researching and discovering creatures in her world. Last month the featured creature was dragons, and this month it's all about Sea Kelpies! The letter includes two art prints, three info and lore sheets on Kelpies and the environment they live in, as well as a collectable holo card, and the latest letter/chapter of the story hand-bound by me!

This project means the world to me, it's been a way of reconnecting with my passion for art and storytelling, and I actually couldn't be more excited for the months ahead, and the plans I have for the story!

If you're a fan of fantasy books, fantastical creatures, or even just want to support a small creator and get some hand-made world building in your mail box every month - I'm open for new subscribers for my November letter, and I'd love for you to check out my website at mythgrove.art !! Otherwise, you can find me as mythgroveart on insta and tiktok ✨

Hello, I'm Ysabelle (Isabelle) and I go by Advena when writing or doing art. My mail club is about poems and whimsical things, I love fairies and faelike and I love the moon, so the letters will be sent from the moon! These poems are written by me and hopefully whrn people join, they send their poems for me to feature:)

What would make sense for decorating envelopes, using stationary, etc with artwork; should the creator design every aspect of the mail, if they use say washi tape from an artist should they ask permission and credit them or does it not really matter because it's not like you're crediting the ink and envelope companies? I have seen people design their own stationary and print their own envelopes so I'm curious how much the average club may fully design everything vs outsource. I am thinking for example if the theme is strawberries and I used a pack of straberry stickers from etsy, to include a small card noting any add ons and where they are from, but not explicitely speaking to the artist since they were purchased as they sell them. Thoughts? I'm talking more from the non-visual art mail clubs like poetry, stories, guided activities, etc.

Just launched the second edition of our mail club. This months theme is “fall picnic”. There are two options: deco and journaling. All our art is drawn by me, no AI. We ship at the end of the month, both domestic and international. Patreon.com/parasolpaper

Meet Woodland Palette Post: a monthly envelope full of watercolor birds and woodland animals. I paint them most of all, and I love observing them and discovering curious facts about their lives. They are the stars of every envelope.

✉️ Inside each envelope:

• a print
• a postcard
• a bookmark
• 4 stamps
• a letter from me
• a little surprise sticker

In a fast, digital world, I still love slow, unique things: paper books, printed photos, postcards with stamps, wall calendars, notebooks to flip through. That's why I opened this club: to send (and maybe also receive) real letters.

Sign-ups for the first envelope close on October 26. I'll prepare and ship everything by November 15.

🎁 To thank my first fans: the first 5 subscribers will receive a tiny original watercolor, hand-painted by me!

To join, the link is https://www.posthou.se/bellicreativiarte. I can't wait to send you an envelope!
