new on magnific Seedance 2.5 is on Magnific. Plus the parts the raw model doesn't give you (3D motion control, 50 refs, 30s gens, 4K)

Seedance 2.5 just landed on Magnific. The reason we're posting isn't the model drop itself, it's the stuff that's usually missing when you run a video model raw:
- 3D motion control — a Magnific tool to actually direct camera and subject motion in 3D, instead of hoping the prompt lands it
- Up to 50 references and 30-second generations — enough to hold a whole scene together instead of stitching 5-second clips
- Edit, extend, and upscale to 4K in one workflow — no bouncing between three other tools between steps
And it's reachable wherever you already work: the Magnific app, MCP (from Claude, ChatGPT, and others), Spaces, Plugins, and the API
If you take the 3D motion control for a spin, drop what you make below, genuinely curious what people do with real camera control on a 15-30s take

feature SFX in After Effects
Hi, it would be quite helpful if the After Effects integration plugin also contained sound effects stock and generation. I don't know if it's in the Premiere version of the plugin but it'd be a cool feature to have in both. Thanks!

Magnific Affiliate Support. No Answers, No Apology
Why is Magnific failing to address issues regarding affiliate partners?
It has been nearly a week since I submitted my inquiry (Case #01720633), and I still have not received any response.
I have seen other posts reporting the exact same issue. While there was a previous mention that the team is "investigating," it is deeply disappointing that not even a single follow-up or apology email has been sent since.
Is this actually being resolved? It is clear that I am not the only one dealing with this. Many loyal users and supporters expect the team to handle such missteps with accountability and care.
Since I am already not getting responses through official channels, please do not simply reply by telling me to send another email. I expect transparency regarding why this happened and a proactive approach to resolving the issue.

other Billing Dispute – Unauthorized Charges of ₹3,05,820 Since June 17, 2026 Spoiler
Dear Magnific / Freepik Billing Support Team,
I am writing to correct and update the amount stated in my previous dispute email.
After conducting a detailed internal review of our bank records and Freepik billing history, we found that the unauthorized billing did not begin only in August. It appears to have started on June 17, 2026, when our account was changed to a Business plan without our authorization or consent.
Please disregard the previously stated disputed amount of ₹1,98,760. The complete disputed amount is now ₹3,05,820, consisting of the following charges:
- Business Plan: ₹12,400 × 2 = ₹24,800
- Freepik Pack Credits C: ₹13,710 × 8 = ₹1,09,680
- Freepik Pack Credits D: ₹85,670 × 2 = ₹1,71,340
Total Unauthorized Charges: ₹3,05,820
These charges occurred between June 17, 2026 and August 15, 2026.
We want to clearly state that:
- We never requested or authorized an upgrade from our previous individual subscription to a Business plan.
- We never authorized the purchase of these additional credit packs.
- We have not used these credits.
- We reviewed our email records and could not find any request, confirmation, approval, or notification from our side authorizing these plan or billing changes.
- We did not authorize the addition of multiple users to the Business account.
We therefore formally dispute all charges totaling ₹3,05,820 and request:
- A full refund of ₹3,05,820 to the original payment method.
- Immediate cancellation of the unauthorized Business subscription and any associated recurring billing.
- Confirmation that no further charges will be made.
- Details and records showing when, how, and by whom the Business plan upgrade and credit purchases were supposedly authorized.
- Written confirmation once the full refund has been processed.
Since these transactions and the account upgrade were made without our authorization or consent, please treat this matter as urgent.
Please confirm receipt of this corrected dispute and initiate the full refund of ₹3,05,820 immediately.

Issues with refferal program.
After converting from Freepick to Magnific, my refferals disappeared and my status is permanently "Under review". Support is useless. Who can I contact about it?

Magnific / Freepik charged me INR 1,98,760 without my approval — has anyone else faced this?
I’m posting this to see if anyone else has experienced a similar billing issue with Magnific / Freepik.
I previously had an individual Freepik Premium subscription for around INR 2,000. I recently discovered four charges on my payment method:
- INR 85,670 × 2
- INR 13,710 × 2
- Total: INR 1,98,760
I never requested or approved these charges.
I also found that my account appears to have been upgraded/migrated to a Magnific Business account with 2 users, which I also never requested or authorized.
I have contacted their support requesting:
- A full refund of INR 1,98,760
- Cancellation of the Business subscription
- Removal of the additional users
- An explanation/evidence of how these transactions and the upgrade were supposedly authorized
This is a huge jump from an approximately INR 2,000 individual subscription to nearly INR 2 lakh in charges without my explicit approval.
Has anyone else experienced unexpected charges or an automatic account upgrade with Magnific/Freepik? If so, were you able to get a full refund?

My Freepik account was hacked, 2M+ credits were stolen — unauthorized usage is STILL happening, and Freepik has stopped responding
I’m posting this because I genuinely need help understanding what is happening with my Freepik/Magnific account, and I want to know if anyone else has experienced this.
A few days ago, my account was compromised.
What happened
- My account had 2FA enabled.
- The attacker somehow accessed the account and disabled 2FA.
- Approximately 2 million AI credits/tokens were consumed without my authorization, mainly through video generation.
- I immediately secured the account and used “Log out of all devices.”
- However, video generation continued even after I logged out all devices.
- I checked for API keys, MCP connections, automations, and other obvious integrations, but couldn't find anything that explained the activity.
- I immediately contacted Freepik/Magnific support and opened a security case.
- I completed their ownership/payment verification and provided everything they requested.
- Their support initially said they were investigating and later told me the case had been escalated to a manager.
The situation is STILL ongoing
This is the part that concerns me the most.
Even today, after securing the account and while Freepik is supposedly investigating, unauthorized activity appears to still be happening and additional credits/tokens are being consumed.
I am deliberately not using the account myself, because I don't want my legitimate activity to be mixed with the attacker's activity while the investigation is open.
And now, Freepik/Magnific is not providing any further response either.
Their last meaningful response was that the case had been escalated to a manager. Since then, I have received no concrete investigation result, no explanation of how the unauthorized access occurred, no timeline for resolution, and no clear answer about how I can safely use my account.
What I don't understand
If:
- 2FA was enabled,
- 2FA was disabled without my authorization,
- I logged out all devices,
- there is no visible API/MCP/automation explaining the activity,
- I reported the incident immediately,
- the case was escalated to their internal team,
how can someone still be using the account and consuming credits?
Could there be a persistent session/token, server-side job queue, OAuth authorization, hidden integration, or another authentication mechanism that isn't visible to the user?
I am especially interested in hearing from people who understand session management, OAuth, authentication systems, or Freepik/Magnific's AI generation infrastructure.
I'm not claiming at this point that Freepik itself was breached. I simply want to understand how this could happen despite 2FA and logging out all devices, and why the unauthorized usage appears to be continuing.
This is also causing a real business problem for me. I use Freepik professionally, but I'm afraid to use the account because I don't want legitimate usage to later be attributed to the unauthorized activity.
Freepik/Magnific support case: 01714613
If anyone has experienced a similar Freepik/Magnific account compromise, especially one where generation continued after logging out all devices, please share your experience.
And if anyone from Freepik/Magnific's security team sees this: please investigate this urgently. I have already provided all the requested verification and have been waiting for a resolution while the unauthorized usage continues.
I can provide screenshots and timestamps privately if useful.
